Avolta is seeking a MAC Beauty Artist in Houston to inspire customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience with in-depth MAC product knowledge.

You will advise customers, offer personalized recommendations, and maintain high visual and service standards while supporting POS operations and restocking. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Must have customer service experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in cosmetics, sales, and makeup application preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
• Availability to work 35–40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
• High standard for customer experience and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on MAC Beauty products and other store items.
• Provide expert product recommendations tailored to customer needs.
• Deliver timely, welcoming, and professional service at all times.
• Operate POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Restock displays and keep visual standards current and attractive.
• Participate in training sessions, store events, and product launches.
