Candidates should have proven supervisory, coaching, and retail operations skills gained in a fast-paced retail environment. Qualifications

1. Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics
2. Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
3. Previous supervisory experience with a track record of coaching/mentoring to achieve sales and customer service targets
4. Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation
5. Flexibility to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
6. Experience with retail point-of-sale software
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
8. Ability to provide proof of right to work in the country if invited for an interview

Pay Range

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $18.56 to $30.93. Exact hourly rate depends on experience, skills, education, and location. The position may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and other benefits such as health insurance, wellness programs, retirement plans, paid leave, and holidays. Compensation details may vary based on geographic location.
