LifeStream Behavioral Center, Inc. is seeking a MA Therapist - Reg Intern in Leesburg, FL. The role provides therapeutic services under supervision, supporting client well-being through evidence‑based interventions and a healing environment.

You will conduct individual and group therapy, contribute to treatment plans with a multidisciplinary team, and maintain compliant client records while pursuing ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Must be registered intern with the appropriate state board.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervised clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using appropriate therapeutic techniques to meet clients' needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in regular supervision and training to enhance clinical skills and ensure best practices.

The MA Therapist - Reg Intern at LIFESTREAM BEHAVIORAL CENTER is responsible for providing therapeutic services to clients under the supervision of a licensed mental health professional. The role is designed to support the mental health and well‑being of clients by delivering evidence‑based therapeutic interventions and contributing to a supportive and healing environment.
