Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Speech‑Language Pathology (SLP) Master’s program.
Active Massachusetts SLP license, or eligibility/pending licensure.
Ability to work full‑time in one of the listed Massachusetts markets.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing treatment plans.
Provide skilled SLP services in a rehabilitation setting.
Complete standardized assessments and documentation in EMR systems.
Collaborate with SLPAs, rehab professionals, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary care teams.
Support patient progress toward improved communication, safety, and independence.
