Responsibilities

Under the direct supervision of the Clinic Nurse Director, Clinic Director, or Supervising RN, assist with daily clinic patient care such as:

  • Patient flow management
  • Taking patient history and vitals
  • Assisting with diagnostic testing
  • Maintenance of medical supplies
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Licensure/Certification: BLS certification required within 18 months of hire. Newly hired team members with a minimum of one (1) year of Medical Assistant experience will be required to complete within 90 days of hire. If hired without Medical Assistant experience, certification must be obtained within 90 days after gaining one (1) year of Medical Assistant experience.
  • Experience: Six (6) months to one (1) year of continuous experience in a clinic setting preferred.
