Job summary

Providence Medical Group is immediately hiring compassionate Certified Medical Assistants (MA-Cs) to support providers, manage patient flow, and contribute to efficient clinic operations across Everett, Mill Creek, Monroe, and surrounding Snohomish County communities.

Candidates must have Washington Medical Assistant Certification and BLS within 30 days of hire, with at least six months of healthcare and medical assisting experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school that includes hands-on training in a clinical setting for medical assistants, OR graduate of a registered medical assistant apprenticeship program, OR has completed two years of medical training in the United States Armed Forces, OR minimum one year of work experience as a medical assistant that includes the following clinical skills: obtaining vital signs, administering injections, and medication administration.
• Upon hire: Washington Medical Assistant Certification
• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 6 months of healthcare experience
• 6 months of medical assisting experience

Responsibilities

• Independently support providers and contribute to efficient clinic operations.
• Manage patient flow and assist with scheduling and rooming.
• Support a variety of clinical tasks across care settings as assigned.
