About M7 Health

M7 Health is a nursing workforce management platform that helps health systems foster the flexibility, predictability, and autonomy that the modern nurse demands. M7 combines data on staff preferences with patient volume and acuity projections to dynamically build and manage schedules that optimize for staff satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Hospitals that use M7 improve retention and cut administrative time spent by clinical staff by over 50%. M7 is live in over 50 hospitals across the US, with dozens more going live in the coming weeks.

About The Role

We’re looking for Nurse Ambassadors to help M7 create the best nurse scheduling processes, ensuring they are fair and aligned with both clinical needs and staff preferences. Fair, balanced schedules can make or break a nurse’s experience — and ultimately, patient care. In this role, you’ll help hospitals build better staffing cultures and support frontline workers by ensuring they’re seen, valued, and treated fairly. You’ll use M7’s technology to review and approve nurse schedules, helping our hospital partners meet staffing goals while keeping nurses happy.

This is a flexible, remote position — ideal for nurses or clinical professionals who are looking to leverage their clinical background beyond direct patient care. It offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the broader healthcare workforce, and build expertise with an industry-changing nurse technology.

Responsibilities:
  • Bring nursing expertise: Review staff models, ensuring high quality output accounting for clinical best practices
  • Validate tech-enabled scheduling: Review shift assignments to ensure the quality of shift distribution, weekend coverage, and other considerations
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with M7’s customer operations team to align on rules, exceptions, and hospital-specific needs.
  • Drive M7 to be the best for nurses: Review output and collate evidence to support development of best practices that inform hospital policies and internal tooling.
About You:
  • Clinically Grounded: You have a background in nursing or hospital operations and a deep understanding of what it means to work shifts, manage workloads, and care for patients.
  • Tech-Comfortable: You’re comfortable using digital tools and learning lightweight scheduling platforms — no coding required.
  • Detail-Oriented: You notice when something’s off — too many weekend shifts for one person, a stretch without a break — and you take pride in fixing it.
  • Passionate About Nursing: You're driven by a desire to improve the experience of nurses — whether that's through fairer schedules, better staffing practices, or advocating for balance and respect in clinical work.
Work Arrangement
  • Flexible hours (8 hour days, 1-3 days per week)
  • Remote-friendly (must be U.S.-based)
  • Hourly compensation based on experience and scope of work
  • Opportunity for future full-time role
