Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a M365 Support Engineer - Japanese Language to join their team. As a M365 Support Engineer, you will be part of the Azure response team supporting enterprise-level customers in Japan. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively in both Japanese and English, which will align successfully in the organization.

M365 Support Engineer - Japanese Language

6-18 month contract

Remote, hours are11am-8pm (CDT)

$35-$37/hour

What's the Job?

  • Deliver timely and high-quality incident resolution focusing on root cause analysis, prevention, and knowledge transfer.
  • Utilize knowledge of the customer environment to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage escalations and sub-cases to ensure timely and high-quality resolution of all issues.
  • Develop and implement strategies for providing proactive support resulting in fewer incidents and increased availability.
  • Participate in triage meetings to share knowledge with other engineers and efficiently resolve customer problems.


What's Needed?

  • 4-year technical degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in technical support or MIS in an enterprise environment.
  • Fluency in Japanese (reading, writing, and speaking) and confident in English (reading and writing).
  • Solid working knowledge of Enterprise Messaging Administrative concepts and Identity.
  • Experience with Azure or Cloud technologies.
