Job summary

Dexian is seeking a Security Analyst to secure Office 365 end-user apps and devices across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android. You will implement security tools, craft policies, and transfer knowledge to staff while supporting inventory, vulnerability remediation, and software updates in a multi‑platform environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years IT experience across multi‑platform environments.
• Proven experience managing Office 365 apps with a security focus.
• Strong desktop support experience with Microsoft products.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Enroll and manage devices (Windows, iOS, iPadOS, Android, macOS) within Office 365 apps.
• Package and deploy Win32 and LOB apps using device management tools for new installs and updates.
• Configure update policies including Windows Update for Business rings and feature updates.
• Create, deploy and manage sensitivity labels to classify, restrict, and encrypt documents.
• Set up trainable classifiers, EDM and other sensitive info types to enhance data protection.
• Evaluate Microsoft 365 license tiers (E3, E5, Business) for secure deployment.
• Develop security policies, baselines, and best practices for device onboarding and security posture.
• Perform inventory checks, remediate vulnerabilities, and keep end-user devices updated.
