Job summary

A leading technology services provider is seeking a dedicated IT support specialist. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining SOP documentation, handling incidents and service requests, and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint and Power Platform solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Microsoft 365 Suite, PowerShell, and a solid understanding of security compliance. This role provides the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while contributing to the team's success.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft 365 products including Teams and Exchange Online.
• Proficient in creating and managing Power Platform solutions.
• Strong understanding of security and compliance management.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain SOP documentation.
• Handle incidents, service requests, and change requests.
• Support and troubleshoot Power Automate flows and Power Apps.
• Provide advanced support for login and access issues.
