Job summary

A regulated fintech infrastructure company is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to manage and enhance their AWS Kubernetes platform. This role emphasizes production ownership, operational clarity, and sound engineering practices. Key responsibilities include managing EKS clusters, designing infrastructure as code, and improving developer operations. The ideal candidate will have senior-level experience in DevOps, familiarity with Kubernetes, and a strong ability to communicate effectively in regulated environments. This position offers hybrid working with a focus on collaboration and impact on production reliability.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in DevOps or platform engineering.
• Experience owning Kubernetes infrastructure in production.
• Ability to debug real incidents and explain systems clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate EKS clusters on AWS.
• Design and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Build and run CI/CD processes with Argo CD.
