Job summary

The McKnight Foundation is seeking an Application Integration Specialist to lead and implement M365 integration initiatives across SharePoint Online and Teams. You will collaborate with business owners from Finance & Operations, Communications, Investments, and Programs to optimize processes, drive user adoption, and deliver seamless end-user experiences.

The role reports to the Director of Information Technology.

Qualifications

• M365 fundamentals and approach to enterprise collaboration and integration.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and Teams configurations.
• Knowledge of data structures and programming concepts relevant to integration work.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver application integration initiatives within the M365 ecosystem.
• Develop solutions and implement integration activities across SharePoint Online and Teams.
• Optimize processes and enable user adoption across the organization.
• Provide technical guidance and act as the internal point of contact for M365 projects.
• Collaborate with business owners across departments and coordinate vendor support as needed.
