Overview

We are seeking an experienced M365 Architect to support a high-visibility divestiture project. This role involves cloning the existing Microsoft environment for two separate organizations, working alongside EY and serving as the client’s trusted representative to ensure the project is executed effectively. The Architect will act as the liaison, ensuring proper delivery and technical alignment throughout the engagement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a representative to oversee M365 environment cloning for divestiture-related work.
• Partner with EY and internal teams to monitor and ensure project milestones are met.
• Provide architectural and design expertise in multi-tenant M365 configurations and migrations.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Anup and leadership, ensuring technical delivery aligns with requirements.
• Leverage deep technical knowledge to guide decisions, troubleshoot issues, and validate solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven expertise in M365 architecture and design, including multi-tenant configurations and migrations.
• Hands-on experience with migrations in mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Proficiency in scripting and automation to streamline processes.
• Experience with Proofpoint is a plus (not mandatory).

Interview Process
