• Remote

Self-driven and highly skilled Solana smart contract engineer with a strong sense of ownership and initiative. Computer science background and/or passion for solving algorithmic challenges. Deep expertise in Web3 applications and infrastructure. Comfortable with deadlines and experienced in handling cross-functional communications in a remote-first organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architect and develop smart contracts in Rust for Solana ecosystem;
2. Maintain and improve M^0 existing products;
3. Participate in code and design reviews;
4. Prepare code for the audits.

Job Requirements

1. 5+ years of experience in software engineering;
2. 2+ years of programming experience in Rust;
3. Proven track record of deploying and maintaining production-ready complex Solana projects;
4. Solana Web3 native, deep knowledge of the existing Solana DeFi ecosystem;
5. Familiarity with bridging, cross-chain messaging protocols;
6. Basic familiarity with Solidity and EVM development.

Nice to Have

1. Familiarity with Move-based blockchains;
2. Previous experience working for high growing DeFi protocol;
