  • Design and maintain dynamic manpower sand charts to represent cumulative resource demands (FTEs), highlighting peaks, valleys, and concurrent staffing needs.
  • Support stakeholder communication through the development of program status briefings, dashboards, and digital engineering tools, and represent the M&S Program in cross‑agency meetings.

  • Strong understanding of scheduling principles, including critical path methodology, resource loading, and baseline management.
  • Must possess and maintain an active Secret security clearance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proven ability to manage complex tasks and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self‑starter with strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Milestones Professional software.
  • Experience with programming or scripting languages such as Python or VBA for data analysis and automation.
