Job Description:

M&M’S New York is currently seeking Seasonal Associates for the 2025 Summer Season! This position will be through mid-August.

This position pays $20.20 per hour

*Candidates 18 and older are eligible for this role*

Job Overview

Operations Associates primarily focus on processing shipments, preparing and setting up the chocolate room, completing cycle counts, and merchandising items for the sales floor. They ensure guests have a memorable experience. Back Stage Associates are also required to provide exceptional guest service and may fill in for Guest Experience Associates on the retail floor.

Job Specifications/Qualifications

• Must be excited to SMILE and work in a fun, fast-paced environment to make every interaction a positively unforgettable experience for guests while driving sales and metrics.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
• No education or previous retail experience required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers and peers.
• Resourceful self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety, food handling, quality, loss prevention, and emergency procedures.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older.
