Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of a transaction process and be the day to day “quarterback” for the deal
• Manage the development of and explain historical and projected financial analyses
• Coordinate and perform business due diligence and execute M&A transactions
• Oversee the preparation of marketing pitches and presentations
• Oversee the development of valuation and ad hoc financial analyses
• Assist in marketing and execution of engagements
• Build relationships with clients and professional advisors
• Supervise and mentor junior staff members
