Key Responsibilities

• Assess IT infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and compliance readiness
• Evaluate technology costs, scalability, and system compatibility
• Lead IT integration and separation planning
• Identify risks and opportunities for IT modernization and consolidation
• Conduct IT capability and maturity assessments and recommend governance frameworks
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT strategy with business goals
• Prepare reports and presentations on IT diligence findings

Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years in IT consulting or technology diligence roles
• Experience in BPO or tech-intensive industries
• Strong knowledge of enterprise IT systems and cybersecurity frameworks
• Proficiency in IT project management tools and data visualization
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
