Job summary

PwC is seeking a Manager in Merger and Acquisition Tax to lead client engagements, supervise teams, and coach staff in a dynamic, tech-enabled environment in Washington, DC. You will analyze complex tax issues arising from mergers and acquisitions and develop optimal tax structures while delivering high-quality client service.

As a senior member, you will drive digitization, improve processes, and manage client accounts with integrity and an emphasis on growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent. CPA, Bar or related credentials may qualify.
• 4 years of experience in tax or related field.
• JD/LLM or Master's in Accounting/Taxation can be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's.
• Broad knowledge in corporate M&A and private equity is advantageous.
