Job summary

Citizens Capital Markets & Advisory invites students to join a 10-week Summer Analyst program, focusing on U.S. middle-market M&A, valuation and strategic advisory.

Analysts work with senior bankers on live and prospective engagements, preparing materials and performing detailed financial analyses, with close collaboration and mentorship throughout the internship. The program includes hands-on experience, exposure to marketing materials, and a dedicated mentorship program, with start in June

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a video interview assessment within 4 days of link delivery.
• Current students enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, graduating between Winter 2027 – Spring 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2; preferred 3.5.
• Relevant coursework in Finance, Accounting or Economics; leadership experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and software skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Financial analysis including financial modeling and valuation analyses.
• Preparing Information Memoranda and transaction documents.
• Supporting team members with pitch strategies and deal structuring ideas.
• Preparing pitches and presentations for client engagements.
