Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student.

Responsibilities

• Financial analysis: financial modeling, comparable company and transaction analyses, LBO, and other valuation analyses.
• Preparing Information Memoranda and Transaction Documents: draft key marketing and transaction-related documents.
• Supporting Team Members: develop new business ideas, pitch strategies, or transaction structuring scenarios.
