Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years in finance/strategy or related fields.
• Alternate: Associate's Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• High School Diploma with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience in investment banking, corporate development, business development, or strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial modeling, valuation, and business case development for M&A, investments, and partnerships.
• Independently lead defined transaction workstreams and support end-to-end deal execution.
• Evaluate strategic fit, market dynamics, and risks; synthesize findings into recommendations.
• Coordinate cross-functional diligence across finance, legal, tax, and strategy teams.
• Prepare executive summaries, investment memoranda, and leadership-ready materials.
