Job summary

Capital Consultants Management Corporation is seeking an experienced M&A Analyst to support acquisition strategy, financial modeling, and due diligence. You will collaborate with senior leaders, manage deal execution, and help drive value through integration initiatives.

Travel up to once per month to Charlotte, NC for onboarding and meetings, with cross-functional engagement across finance, legal, and operations. This role offers exposure to high‑impact transactions and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• 4+ years of professional experience in investment banking, private equity, or transaction advisory services.
• Working knowledge of quality of earnings projects and financial audits.
• Understanding of three-statement financial models and general ledgers.
• Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; strong communication at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Own in-house financial analyses and financial databooks.
• Create financial spreads using general ledgers and limited information.
• Coordinate cross-functional due diligence with finance, legal, HR, operations, IT, and third-party advisors.
• Draft indications of interest and letters of intent; own multiple due diligence workstreams.
• Negotiate transaction structures and definitive agreements with legal.
• Prepare investment materials and executive presentations for senior leadership.
