Slalom is looking for an M&A Principal/Senior Principal to join its Global Mergers & Acquisitions team. In this role, you will execute operational due diligence, create integration strategies, and manage synergies while leading integration management offices. Candidates must have proven experience in M&A advisory roles and expertise in IMO management. With competitive salaries ranging from $141,000 to $240,000 depending on location and position level, this is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced team.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges:

The targeted base salary pay range for Principal in Silicon Valley and San Francisco is $168,000 to $240,000. And for Boston, LA, White Plains, New Jersey, New York City, Seattle, San Diego, Orange County, and Washington DC the range is $154,000 - $220,000. And for all other locations the range is $141,000 - $200,000.

The targeted base salary pay range for Senior Principal in Silicon Valley and San Francisco is $211,000 to $290,000. And for Boston, LA, White Plains, New Jersey, New York City, Seattle, San Diego, Orange County, and Washington DC the range is $193,000 - $250,000. And for all other locations the range is $177,000 - $221,000.

In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus . Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
