The M&A Research Associate (Intern) supports the Business Development and Marketing teams by researching, synthesizing, and packaging market insights related to M&A, Private Equity, Healthcare and related sectors. These insights will be used to develop marketing and business development content aimed at increasing brand awareness and supporting client acquisition.
The ideal candidate will have strong research and communication skills (both written and verbal), along with proficiency in Microsoft Office to support high-quality project delivery. Candidates with prior Private Equity, Investment Banking or M&A experience are preferred.
The expected hourly salary ranges from $30.00 - $38.00. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, training, experience, education, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package (for eligible employees), successful candidates may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
