Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate real estate transactions related to M&A contracts, title and closing documents.
• Review tenant leases and estoppel certificates for issues.
• Conduct due diligence and organize supporting materials.
• Maintain deal tracker with up-to-date statuses and file management.
• Communicate with third-party vendors and outside counsel as needed.
• Prepare letters, memos and reports and manage transaction files.
