Qualifications

• 2–4 years of M&A, private equity and general corporate experience gained within a national or strong regional law firm.
• Admission to the Florida Bar or a willingness and ability to become admitted promptly.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and transaction-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating acquisition agreements and ancillary transaction documents.
• Managing significant due diligence workstreams, including matters involving representations and warranties insurance.
• Coordinating with tax, employee benefits, real estate and other transactional and regulatory specialists.
• Working directly with clients throughout transactions.
• Supporting closing processes, including preparing closing deliverables and monitoring post‑closing obligations.
• Managing multiple active transactions while developing project management and commercial skills.
