Job summary

PER, a PE-backed professional services platform in the DACH region, is seeking an ambitious M&A Manager to lead the deal lifecycle from target identification to closing. You will work closely with the CEO, CFO, and Head of M&A to drive acquisitions and support post-merger integration in a fast-growing environment.

The role requires strong financial modelling, valuation, and deal-structuring skills, with fluent German and English.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in mid-market M&A within transaction services or corporate development.
Strong financial modelling, valuation, and deal structuring capabilities.
Fluency in German and English; ability to engage with executives and external advisors.
Based in Munich or willing to relocate to Germany.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end M&A transactions from target identification through closing.
Build and maintain acquisition pipeline using CRM and data tools.
Perform financial analysis, valuations, and business case assessments for targets.
Support LOI, purchase agreements, and earn-out negotiations.
Coordinate due diligence with external legal and tax advisors.
Prepare investment committee materials and management presentations.
Support post-merger integration with operational teams.
Mentor junior team members in the M&A function.
