Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Generate quality of earnings and pro forma analyses on targets.
• Lead financial due diligence and document review of targets.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and performance indicators.
• Develop 10-year financial forecasts for acquisition targets.
• Review acquisition purchase agreements and related deals.
• Prepare due diligence findings and recommendations for reporting.
• Coordinate with accounting on deal closing and post-close reporting.
• Assist in valuation of contingent consideration and related documents.
