Job summary

Deloitte in the United States, Miami office, is seeking a Manager in Human Capital Diligence within Strategy & Diligence to help clients transform HR functions through due diligence and post-deal integration. Responsibilities

• Perform Human Capital due diligence across compensation, benefits, HR compliance, labor relations, and related areas.
• Review employee census data, employment agreements, CBAs, and compensation documentation.
• Prepare data request lists and agendas for diligence.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including other Deloitte diligence workstreams, legal counsel, banks, and client HR leadership.
• Facilitate interviews with target management.
• Deliver analysis including compensation benchmarking, equity proceeds review, benefits migration cost analysis, and retention/severance analysis.
• Review HR function stand-alone costs for carve-outs and contribute findings to QOE and debt-like analyses.
• Prepare and deliver final report findings.
