Job summary

Lennar Technology Group is seeking a Program Manager to lead Strategic Initiatives and M&A/Division Transformation initiatives. The role bridges corporate strategy, finance, technology, and operations to deliver structured programs on schedule.

You will partner with senior leadership to translate strategic decisions into governance-ready programs, while balancing steady-state initiatives with high-stakes deal work. A fast-paced environment offers high visibility and impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
PMP or equivalent program management certification preferred.
Demonstrated ability to build and operate governance structures (RACI, steering committees, stage-gate change control).
Experience with multi-workstream programs including M&A integration, divestitures, and division transformations.

Responsibilities

Program-manage ongoing enterprise initiatives including Contractor Ramp Down, Application Rationalization, and License/Consumption Optimization.
Lead M&A integration and divestiture efforts with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Operations, Land, Sales).
Oversee division transformation programs including new division creation, splits, consolidations, and sub-divisions.
Develop executive-ready status reports, KPI tracking, and governance materials for leadership.
