Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced M&A Director to join a remote, flexible engagement model. You will create and refine AI-driven presentations and slide decks for board approvals, target screening, synergy analysis, and integration planning across live transactions.

The role requires 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a significant company, with expert PowerPoint craftsmanship and outstanding written communication. 5–20 hours per week, ASAP start.
