Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field is required.
• 4+ years of data analytics experience within transaction advisory, M&A advisory, or similar professional services environment is required.
• Experience analyzing complex financial, customer, sales, pricing, profitability, or operational data to support transaction-related conclusions.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Alteryx for handling large datasets and modeling with clear business implications.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple client engagements across the transaction lifecycle including acquisitions, divestitures, and value creation initiatives.
• Extract, clean, combine, validate, and analyze large datasets using Python, SQL, Alteryx, Excel, and related tools.
• Develop dashboards and executive-level presentations to communicate findings to clients and teams.
• Mentor junior team members and manage analytical workstreams and deadlines.
