Job summary

The successful candidate will lead legal due diligence for acquisitions, draft and negotiate various transactional documents, and work closely with business teams. Ideal candidates should have a Juris Doctorate, a minimum of 6 years in law, and a solid background in mergers and acquisitions. Qualifications

• Licensed to practice and in good standing in applicable jurisdiction.
• 6+ years of law firm or in-house experience or functioning at the senior associate level.
• Experience in corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Work with the business teams on structuring the transaction.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents.
• Lead due diligence efforts to assess the legal, financial, and operational aspects of target companies.
