• J.D. and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 5+ years of experience as an M&A attorney, at a top firm or in-house.
• Experience leading domestic and international M&A transactions.
• Familiarity with leveraging AI tools in legal workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead domestic and international M&A transactions, including acquisitions and divestitures.
• Draft stock and asset purchase agreements and ancillary docs.
• Conduct legal due diligence and summarize risk assessments.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and internal experts (privacy, IP, security, employment).
• Utilize legal technology and AI to enhance M&A workflows.

As part of an AI-first company, the role also involves leveraging legal technology and AI tools to enhance efficiency and diligence.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead domestic and international M&A transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic transactions.
• Draft stock and asset purchase documents and ancillary agreements.
• Manage and conduct legal due diligence and summarize findings into risk assessments.

Salary & Benefits:

• Colorado: $153,300 - $252,900 (annually)
• Washington: $153,300 - $279,600 (annually)
• California: $153,300 - $306,300 (annually)
• New York City: $185,500 - $306,300 (annually)
