You will collaborate with engineering, operations, finance, marketing and legal teams and manage negotiations, diligence and integration planning.

The role requires 1-3 years in related fields, strong financial modeling, and the ability to lead complex projects with integrity. Onsite presence and travel up to 10% are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1-3 years in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, VC or management consulting.
• Proven proficiency in Excel and strong financial modeling skills.
• Proven ability to lead and drive complex projects/analyses.
• Direct experience handling sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
• Ability to be onsite; this role is an in-person, onsite position.
• Up to 10% travel required; domestic and international.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for all aspects of M&A execution including negotiation, documentation, diligence and integration planning.
• Research and analyze industries, companies, technology segments and business models; present findings to Apple leadership.
• Analyze potential strategic investments and support existing investments.
