Job summary

StaffFinancialGroup is seeking a Corporate Development Analyst in Atlanta to support acquisitions diligence and financial analysis. You will review earnings reports, build pro forma models, and project 12–24 month outcomes with input from operations and analytics teams.

As part of the M&A and integration groups, you’ll ensure LOI valuations reflect diligence findings, while delivering ad hoc analyses for executives and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 2–5 years of similar work experience, preferably in multi-location industries.
• Strong analytical skills with data interpretation and insight generation.
• Numerical with solid accounting knowledge and detail orientation.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities for handling multiple deals.
• Proficient in Excel and large data manipulation, plus strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and review the quality of earnings reports prepared by our third-party due diligence partner.
• Prepare pro forma financial results and model 12–24 month projections for acquisitions.
• Communicate with M&A and integration teams to support LOI valuations based on diligence findings.
• Perform ad hoc analyses for operations, finance, and C-Suite as needed.
