Confidential search in Salt Lake City is seeking a Corporate Associate to join a top-rated Mountain West law firm with a robust mergers and acquisitions practice.

Base salary ranges from $180,000 to $220,000 with a generous bonus structure and a straightforward path to shareholder. You will handle M&A matters from start to close and work on sophisticated transactions with senior attorneys.

Qualifications

• M&A and corporate transactional experience required.
• Ideally 5 years or fewer out of law school.
• J.D. with active bar admission; Utah bar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle mergers, acquisitions and other corporate transactions from start to close.
• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements and ancillary documents.
• Run due diligence and coordinate closing deliverables.
• Advise clients on general corporate matters with senior attorneys.
