Qualifications

• Two to four years of sophisticated corporate and transactional law firm experience.
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions, financing, securities, and/or general corporate matters.
• Strong drafting, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and joint ventures.
• Engage in capital markets and private securities transactions.
• Handle related regulatory matters with precision and expertise.
• Draft and analyze legal documents with attention to detail.
