from an ABA-accredited law school, be an active attorney in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, and be prepared to promptly obtain admission in Minnesota.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in private practice (M&A)
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills
• Strong academic background
• Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and ability to promptly get admitted in Minnesota

Responsibilities

• Support private equity M&A transactions as part of a national practice
• Collaborate with partners and teams to execute complex deals
• Contribute to client advisory and deal execution efforts
