Job summary

Dartmouth Partners, a specialist financial services search firm, seeks Investment Banking Associates for Healthcare-focused mandates across Life Sciences, Medical Technology, and Provider Services. The firm supports opportunities across M&A, Technology, Industrials, and related groups.

In this role you will lead day-to-day deal execution, develop detailed financial analyses, and prepare client materials while coordinating across clients, investors, and advisers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a strong academic track record.
• Prior investment banking experience at the Analyst or Associate level.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory transactions.
• Develop, review, and maintain detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials.
• Prepare client presentations, CIMs, management presentations, board materials, and other marketing documents.
• Coordinate due diligence processes and manage communications between clients, investors, legal counsel, and other advisors.
• Conduct industry, company, and market research to support transaction execution and business development initiatives.
• Supervise and mentor Analysts while helping manage multiple concurrent engagements.
