You will collaborate closely with clients on deals, draft and review transaction documents, perform due diligence, and assess risk in a fast-paced environment. A Juris Doctor and admission to the bar are required.

Qualifications

• 2-8 years of experience in a similar role at a peer law firm.
• Exceptional academic credentials.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
