We are seeking M&A Associates with two to four years of legal experience in M&A, with an emphasis on private equity transactions. Ideal candidates thrive in a team-first environments and are interested in joining our national private equity M&A practice.

Our Ideal Candidates Will Have

The salary range for this position varies by geographical market. In Minneapolis, the estimated starting annual pay range is $205,000 - $225,000 per year. The compensation offered will be dependent on the candidate’s experience, skills, education, professional background, overall qualifications, and geographic market location.
