New Leaf Energy is seeking an M&A Associate to join our team. This individual will participate in the development and financing of solar, wind, and energy storage projects, including detailed risk analysis, milestone forecasting, and the entire project life cycle from origination to closing.
This position may be based out of our Boston, MA; Lowell, MA; Oakland, CA; Chicago, IL; or Troy, NY offices. We value in‑person collaboration and offer a hybrid work environment with a minimum of two days in the office between Tuesday and Thursday.
New Leaf Energy offers a market‑competitive base salary plus above‑market variable compensation and an equity‑like program. In Chicago, the expected base salary range for this role is $91,250–$105,830. Actual salary may vary based on location and experience.
