The ideal candidate must have 3 years of experience working on antitrust merger-review matters, with strong academic credentials and eligibility to become a member of the Bar in the relevant state.

Qualifications

• Experience in antitrust mergers review
• Strong academic credentials and bar admission in the working state
• Proven client service, teamwork, and problem solving in a law firm or government setting

Responsibilities

• Assist on antitrust merger investigations and Second Requests
• Prepare advocacy and submissions for DOJ/FTC and state AG investigations
• Litigate merger challenges and advise on merger agreements and due diligence
• Contribute to business development by explaining policy changes and implications
