What you'll do

AlixPartners is seeking a passionate M & A and Transaction Advisory Director to deliver high-value, complex opportunities. Our firm offers unique projects, including high-profile situations featured in major media and boardroom discussions. You will lead projects, analyze corporate performance, and drive improvements in cost, revenue, and profitability in high-stakes scenarios. This role involves business development, leadership, and collaboration to achieve exceptional results and professional growth.


What you'll need
  • Minimum 15+ years of business experience or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of related consulting experience preferred.
  • Deep expertise in specific industries or services (e.g., supply chain, profitability, logistics, etc.).
  • Proven success in structuring and leading client engagements with measurable outcomes.
  • High energy, adaptability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of complex client environments and executive-level change management.
  • Master negotiator with sophisticated negotiation skills.
  • Big-picture problem-solving skills with rapid information synthesis.
  • Creative development of tools and methodologies.
  • Risk mitigation experience.
  • Experience in proposal development, business growth, and client relationship management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to work outside normal US hours as needed.
  • Ability to work full-time in office and remote settings, physically able to work at a computer.

The firm offers comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision, disability, 401K, tuition reimbursement, and wellness programs.
