You will lead portfolio sales end-to-end, maintain landlord reporting systems, and coordinate audits, tax preparations, and collaboration with the legal team to keep transactions aligned while ensuring accuracy and regulatory

Qualifications

• Direct experience selling and purchasing 10+ million-dollar acquisitions in healthcare.
• Strong experience with data collections.
• Proven due diligence experience with brokers.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio sales: Run all portfolio sales from start to finish.
• Stakeholder relations: Communicate with landlords, lenders, brokers, and attorneys.
• Reporting systems: Set up landlord reporting systems.
• Audits & tax: Run audits and handle tax preparations.
• Legal collaboration: Communicate with the legal team to keep transactions aligned.
