Job summary

Henderson Harbor Group is seeking an M&A Analyst for their New York City office. The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of experience from a Big 4 firm and possess a CPA.

Responsibilities include budgeting, M&A target evaluation, and financial modeling to support strategic decisions for clients ranging from startups to Fortune 100. The analyst will work with senior leadership on corporate finance projects, contribute to underwriting analyses, and help guide portfolio valuations to drive

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience, preferably from Big 4
• CPA certification is a MUST
• Experience in corporate finance and M&A analysis

Responsibilities

• Manage the annual revenue and expense planning cycle, leading budgeting and forecasting.
• Apply learnings from strategic and operational analyses to improve underwriting and analysis of acquisition targets.
• Lead analysis to generate strategic recommendations and answer questions on profitability and direction for products/services/markets.
• Create and analyze financial models.
• Collaborate with management on portfolio valuation.
