Job summary

Lincoln International is seeking an Analyst to join our rapidly growing Business Services, M&A practice in Richmond, VA. You will work on transactions end-to-end, serving as the analytical anchor for deal teams and preparing financial modeling and analyses.

You will participate in creating client presentations, marketing materials, and due diligence support, with high exposure to senior professionals and opportunities for advancement within the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–3 years of experience in sell-side M&A.
• Strong writing, verbal communication and computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare marketing materials for sell-side and buy-side M&A assignments.
• Identify potential acquirers / targets.
• Conduct industry and company-specific research.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of all presentation materials.
• Support due diligence and interact with clients regularly.
• Attend client meetings and assist marketing activities.
