Qualifications

• Solid understanding of accounting principles including income statement, cash flow statement and balance sheet.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to identify trends and articulate impact.

Responsibilities

• Join the Energy, Power & Infrastructure team as an M&A Analyst.
• High level of exposure to clients and senior bankers.
• Represent the firm throughout the entire client engagement.
• Participate in diverse projects expanding professional experience.
• Engage in recruiting initiatives, mentorship programming, and efforts to generate new client engagements.
• Attend a robust training program for new analysts and associates.
